Our retained services are typically offered on an annual basis however, the term is agreed based on clients requirements. The results are without doubt transformational and as a result the team at Red PR finds this the most rewarding element of our work. We thoroughly enjoy achieving real organisational change to ensure the realisation of our clients’ long-term business goals.

Ironically, this was never our original plan, it evolved from client demand and we listened.

This service has worked a treat for many of our valued clients where we have helped them get their business to where they want it to be, professionally and efficiently. In some cases, we became their communications department while in others, we worked alongside their marketing executives to lead, up-skill and monitor progress. Over time as their junior team stepped up, we stepped back as appropriate.

The result is a win-win! We love this model as it enhances the core strengths within the clients business, trains up their team as required to fill any gaps, implements campaigns to the highest standards as we always do while we teach their team how to do it independently. This is why it is such a successful and rewarding model for clients striving for long term effective change within their organisation.
