Many of you may not be aware that our great leader, Carey-Ann Lordan has a secret passion and skill she has been using unofficially at Red PR for years and we’re going to use this blog to expose her guilty pleasure that has been helping so many of our clients in so many ways. Carey-Ann is a qualified coach with 8 years’ experience in the field, she has been coaching clients and teams for years and is far too modest to shout about it….until now that is!
Carey-Ann personally delivers our coaching, leadership and mentoring services here at Red PR. Coaching is her passion, she is a fully qualified and accredited executive coach and business mentor. She is also a proud member of the internationally recognised and highly regarded European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Recently over a socially distanced lunch break with the team here we were chatting and we started asking her about her coaching and why she hasn’t been shouting it from the rooftops, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when so many business people are stuck, at a crossroads, amid enormous change, pivoting like ballerinas all over the place and let’s face it man are more than a little lost.
Silence…munch, munch, munch, sip…at this point we were thinking “We have never heard her so quiet ever” LOL!
After a pause and a flicker of what I cannot quite put my finger on, knowing, joy, duty...god only knows but the cogs were turning and this could have gone either way, then she simply replied “Good points, all well made and I can do it online or in-person...hmmm you’ve been plotting for a while I gleam", (raised eyebrow and that smirk that we usually only catch a glimmer of on the best days at the big gigs or when the major media lands happen). Carey-Ann continued ”Right so, go for it! I know I can help people with coaching, so let’s make it happen ladies!” That was the answer we got and quite frankly the only one we wanted to hear. That’s how this blog came about as we really wanted to share it with you all.
That’s the kind of authentic coach Carey-Ann is, she wants to and knows she can help people through executive coaching and we do too, we see the thank you cards landing from clients, we know she’s been at it for years and we’ve definitely benefitted from it along the way too! Carey-Ann is an excellent communications consultant and loves every minute of the work she does in that space and will continue to do so forever and a day, we all know that but here’s the big news…we’ve been observing you at it for years Carey-Ann Lordan and you are the coach of all coaches so as we say in Tipp “Tog off, you’re on!” your fellow business men and women need you!
